How To Use Subliminal Messages To Build A Better Life

This article was written to show you how decades spent looking for the answers to life’s problems lead me to teh discovery of the power of subliminal messages.

Why do some people gain success easily while others strive hard and never experience it? Why do some people handle stress better than others, while still a select few never seem to stress at all? Ever wondered why some people have great relationships while others do not? Have you ever considered the reasons why “lucky” people are lucky or why “unlucky” people are unlucky?

It wasn’t until I was in my late thirties, after much soul-searching and being a self improvement junkie since the tender age of 15, that I discovered the answer, and the solution, in subliminal messages.

I always knew that our thoughts played a dominant role in the life that we experience. I understood that thoughts are powerful. I knew that how we react to things in life determines how we feel about them and life in general. I also knew that the very thoughts we hold in mind tend to attract and even create those situations in our lives. Yet regardless of the amount of visualizing, affirmations or other techniques I used I could just not find success or happiness. The was before I discovered the power of subliminal messages and how they could be used to eliminate the core problem!

The fact that I was forcing myself to think positively and visualizing my perfect life yet only getting mediocre results at best and the opposite results at worst, started me doubting my beliefs about the power of the mind! However, there was always something deep inside me that told me it was true. I could just not figure out why I was not getting the results from all the work I was doing?

If you are aware of it or not your mind is the determing factor behind your life experiences. Human thoughts can direct the very fabric of the Universe. They are, perhaps, the most powerful force known to Man! However the mind has hundreds, if not thousands, of thoughts per minute. The vast majority of our thinking takes place in the subconscious mind. These thoughts are subliminal in nature
